The specific Terms and Conditions in relation to Ticket Sales include:

This ticket is sold by Ticketek as agent for the organisation ("seller") responsible for the event.  All claims are the sole responsibility of the seller.  The ticket is sold subject to the following conditions:

1. No refund or exchange on any ticket except in accordance with the AEIA Code of Practise for Event Ticketing in Australia (www.aeia.org.au). 
2. The right is reserved to charge a fee for the replacement of tickets. 
3. The right is reserved to add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, seating arrangements and audience capacity. 
4. The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the seller's and the venue's terms of admission, copies of which are available on request.  Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance
5. Cameras, audio and video recorders may not be permitted. 
6. It may be a condition of entry to individual events that a search of person or possessions will be required at the time of entry to the venue.  If concerned, please consult the venue. 
7.  Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased from Ticketek or other authorised points of sale.

Additional conditions in relation to Ticket Sales include:

8. Admission is subject to available seating.  Entry may be refused in the event venue capacity is reached or in the event the seller deems it unsafe, in its absolute discretion, to admit further ticket holders.
9. Tickets may not be resold.
10. Bendigo 2004 Commonwealth Youth Games (B2004) will not be liable for stolen or counterfeit tickets purchased through unauthorised sources and reserves the right to refuse admission.
11. The use of tickets as prizes in lotteries and competitions is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing by B2004.
12. B2004 will not be liable for any delay in performing any of our obligations under these terms and conditions where such delay is beyond our control.  Examples of circumstances beyone our control are strikes and exceptionally bad weather.
13. B2004 does not accept liability for any claims, damages, compensation, losses or expenses which may result from the event or a session being cancelled, postponed or changed, or from non-admission to the venue.  In the event a session is cancelled, ticket holders for that particular session may be eligible for a refund, in the absolute discretion of B2004.  Tickets to any cancelled session may not be exchanged for tickets to another session, unless otherwise notified by B2004.
14. You agree to obey the directions of event staff and to accept responsibility for your property and the safety of yourself and any children who may accompany you on entry to the venue.  To the extent permitted by law, you release B2004 (including its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents and volunteers) from any liability for any damage, loss, liability or injury you may suffer associated with your attendance at the venue howsoever caused including injury due to any negligence or other act or omission of B2004.
15. You indemnify and agree to compensate B2004 for any damage, loss, liability or injury B2004 or anyone else may suffer as a result of your willful, reckless or negligent acts or omissions at the venue.
16. You acknowledge that you may be photographed, filmed or taped at the venue and consent to B2004, its employees, contractors, agents and/or volunteers photographing, filming or taping you and to the broadcast, publication, licensing and/or use of any photographs, film recordings or images of you without compensation.  B2004, related third parties and anyone acquiring the right to use such material are not liable to you in any way for its use.
17. The laws of the State of Victoria govern these ticket terms and conditions.
