I overcame a knee injury which put me on crutches in 2002. I play the piano and some football in my spare time. I hold my club records for 100m and 200m.

I was interested in joining a club as an evening activity and found that I really enjoyed it.

I am a Level 1 Athletics coach and qualified first aider. I am a qualified windsurf/sailing/surfing instructor. I ahd trials for the England netball/hockey teams, and played in the Nationals for both. My nickname is Loz.
